I got this Alocasia as a clearance plant at Loweâs (score!). The leaf in the second photo has had these spots since I bought it. I checked for spider mites before I bought it, treated it anyway to be safe, and since then it has two new leaves, 1 about to unfurl, and 2 new sprouts. Clearly itâs thriving, but what could this be??

My alocasias have spider mites. I want to v0mit. I know how to treat and theyâre soaking in the tub right now all sprayed, but you guys, I want to v0mit. They were in close proximity to at least 12 other plants.
Recently purchased this plant and planter from someone on FB marketplace. The photos suggested it was beautiful and thriving - got it home and it was quickly determined that was not the case. Iâm afraid it got too hot in my car during transport as the leaves looked a little wilted when I got it to my house. I quickly tried to research and react to adjust it to its new home. Itâs been down hill ever since. I had to completely remove a branch that was totally curled up and appears dead. I didnât want that to steal from some of these other leaves that still look like there may be a chance. Then some leaves have just started dropping off and I just got home to a few others on the floor. Iâm discouraged. It feels like a big waste of money and Iâm hoping some of you can tell me if this is salvageable or not. Iâm afraid itâs a little too far gone but Iâm really not sure. I have a smaller one that Iâve had for awhile and although itâs grown slow, sheâs beautiful. Please help đ Also please note Iâve had this for one week đ„Č
Hey everyone, My polka is always having these brown bumps and Iâm not sure what they are. I can easily scrape them off but they always reappear. When I do scrape them off theyâre soft. Of note, there are a couple ants crawling around but I donât notice any other pests on the leaves. Iâve used neem oil and a Castile soap mixture but they still come back. The plant seems otherwise healthy except I noticed some of the new growth leaves are all green with minimal pink dots. Any ideas?

Help! My friend gave me a cutting from their Golden Pothos, and it didn't have an Aerial root, but I put it in water anyways. Then I was away for about 4 days, and my dad was taking care of my plants, and I came back and the leaf was basically all yellow! There are no roots on the plant yet, it was in direct sunlight and I just moved it to indirect sunlight earlier today. Anything else I can do to help it?

Hello all, I just recently got this Philodendron Birkin, all the leaves were green when I bought it, but a week after coming home the leaves started to yellow. At first I had it to close to the window and i thought the leaves were burning, but even after moving it, more leaves were still yellowing. Has anyone had this issue?
Elephant plant going yellow on one side :/ soil is moist. Iâm thinking itâs not enough sun on this side so Iâve moved it so that the yellow leaves are in the sun. Does it seem like this problem canât be fixed? Is the plant dying?

Hey guys! My grandmother gave me these cuttings from her Christmas cactus, and the put was super full when she gave them to me but Iâve been having issues with them rotting or drying up, so Iâm down to these few small pieces. I just recently repotted it from a large terra cotta into this one and moved it out of the bathroom and into the living room. My sister has cuttings from the same plant and I revived hers from the brink of death and theyâre doing fantastic, but I canât seem to get this one to grow any more. Occasionally itâll sprout one new growth, but it hasnât done that in a good while. The picture in the blue pot is when she first gave it to me, but i had to move it to terra cotta pretty quickly because I realized that one wasnât draining at all. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
