So this little guy is inside a greenhouse. Today, I sealed my big greenhouse and was going to do the same with my little one. I was going to open it and take the plant out, I saw a tiny white insect crawling on the leaves. Now Im scared to open it. The plant looks healthy tho. What should I spray this with just to be safe before I take it out? 😬😬😬

Hello there! I currently have been having some mysterious looking spots on my cebu blue pothos. Now the soil is a little too damp so it might be that and I have fungus gnats. And the little marks could be soil as the soil is the miracle gro indoor plant one and its very light and tends to get everywhere. Anyways, I’m hoping this isn’t thrips as I have been putting a mix of neem/peppermint castille soap/rubbing alcohol/water spray on it as well as my other plants. They do wipe off easily if that means anything đŸ€·â€â™€ïž

Hey yall! I was all excited about my new Alocasia Polly having great new growth and 2 new shoots/ possible new leaves (Picture 1). But last night a whole seemingly healthy leaf just fell off? Im attempting to propagate it though I’ve never done anything like this with an Alocasia (Picture 3). However it also has 2 droopy and seeming to be getting wrinkly shoots on the same stalk as the new ones? (Picture 2) Does it possibly need to be repotted so that it can keep old leaves as well as new ones? Or is this just normal for this plant?! Not wanting to freak out but really wanna help my new baby. 😅 Thanks in advance, Plant mom who is totally NOT freaking out. đŸ€Ł

Can anyone help me identify what these dark red, oblong, rice-shaped objects are? Are they eggs/pupa? 🐛 Few days ago, I found 3 white worms in the soil of my rosemary and succulents! đŸ˜± Instantly, I dug up my plants & repotted them in fresh soil. While removing the old soil around my plants, I found multiples of these rice-shaped objects! đŸ«Ł P.S.: Research shows that cinnamon can help with deterring pests, so I sprinkled cinnamon on my plants, as well as sprayed Neem oil all over. Is it possible to spray too much? Can someone please tell me if what I’m doing is correct for my plants? I’m rather new to gardening & I don’t know what these strange red oblong objects are! đŸ„ș Thank you!

What’s happening to my stromanthe Talia?! It has these brown holes on its leaves where it looks like something ate most of the leaf leaving only the brown scaffolding of the inside of the leaf left.

I've never had a Monstera before and I bought this one on sale. The floppy leaf was already this light green color and it was pretty root-bound. I repotted it and wanted to know if I need to cut this leaf off or just leave it and see how it goes? I propped it up on the other leaves.

I just noticed a whole bunch of caterpillar type pests in the soil of our bamboo palm. Overall health seems good. Is this something I should be worried about? Thanks!!

Please help!! So I’m trying my hand at carnivorous plants.. I have done a significant amount of research and I’m not sure why some of my pinguiculas are losing their bottom leaves. I bought a specific soil for them (from the shop I bought them from) and keep them in about an inch of water (zero filtered water/reverse osmosis) I even test the water before use. I noticed my leaves are slowly being mushy and slimy and falling off underneath the plant. The top leaves look great. I have only had them a few weeks and have no other issues. They have caught a few bugs but I was instructed to feed them dried blood worms every two weeks if they are not catching anything. They are under 2 grow lights that I picked specifically because other carnivorous plant owners use them with success. I thought maybe they were sitting on “too wet” of substrate so I led their reservoir dry out for a few days and then refilled. Since then I have notice that specifically my Hannah ping that was flowering, developed dried wrinkly leaves underneath/botttom of the plant that touches the substrate. I added water back to reservoir and my cyclosecta has mushy leaves underneath her 😭 I cannot find a balance!! What am I doing wrong ?!

Hi yall! Just wondering if anyone can tell me whether these are thrips? They don’t match the photo online exactly so my next guess was ear wig

Hello! I saved this Croton Mammi from a clearance shelf in Lowe’s, and was wondering what’s up with it. It was perfectly fine when I got it, but now it’s droopy. What do i do?

Hi friends! I have this nice Watch Chain plant that’s been doing pretty well, but, when I looked at the bottom I noticed this stuff. Some of it looks like mold :/ but the larger portion looks like eggs? Any ideas? Sorry the pic is a little blurry. Thank you in advance :)

Does anyone know what’s happening to my elephant plant? The leaves keep getting black spots before turning orange (2nd pic) and falling off. I think I’m watering good enough

There should be some recourse I can take with Planta I bought a money tree plant from them and it is invested with Thips. I am doing everything that has been recommended and it is not working. I get up in the morning and the plant is covered with eggs more and more leaves are infected. I am about ready to throw this 22$bug trap into the dumpster.
