Is it normal for my PPP to look like this? I’ve attached some pictures of a few dying leaves and the newest leaves that are currently unfurling. I’m not sure if the new growth gets more of its color as it opens, Im new to this plant.
So I have a rust problem I believe :( it’s on my peace lily and some of my monstera delicios. I’ve tried neem oil and it seems to work for a second then come back. What do I do 😭🙏🏻
I have four elephant ear bulbs that are sprouting. This is the second one that has had these speckles on it. I don’t know if it’s dirt. As the leaf is curling more of the stuff is starting to show. I took a Q-tip and wiped it off with some neem oil and water. When it smeared it’s red. Does anyone know what this could be or is it just dirt? Edit: there is no webbing and they don’t seem to move/crawl
Can someone help me with my black magic elephant ear??? I’ve had such an issue with it since I’ve had it and I don’t know what to do at this point! I’ve had it inside and I woke up one day to half of the leaves being wilted off. I then plucked them and started over. Then, it got spider mites and I had to treat it for that. It ended up killing several of the leaves in the process of that. Now, as it’s been doing terribly inside, I’ve tried moving it to the porch to get a bit more light and it’s not improving. What am I doing wrong 😭 I have at least 40 plants and have never had such a temperamental one before!!
guys i do not know what to do about this plant 😭 it’s an ornamental pepper plant, the type you don’t eat just look at. brought home from Trader Joe’s 3-4 weeks ago and had been declining for the past two weeks. apparently they love water so i’ve been keeping the soil damp but not wet (idk i’m usually a succulent mom). i repotted a few days ago into a smaller pot w well draining soil just in case. the roots looked fine. it’s in the most sun i can give it without it being outside (which is an option just not a great one). it’s sooooo crispy i just don’t know what i’m even looking at. if anyone has any advice i would appreciate it 🙏
Are the stem of the fronds on my dwarf coconut palm supposed to be this yellow? I talked to the worker at the nursery I got them from and he said it’s a characteristic of the tree, just seems a little too yellow to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I’m looking for some advice on my Philodendron prince of orange - I went through a low motivation period and he got a bit neglected and is now growing very sideways. He is health and giving new growth. Should I try to prop him up? Let him be sideways and get a long planter? Any ideas?
I can’t figure out why my fern is getting brown and crispy on the edges. I water according to plants Recommendations and mist frequently! She’s about 6 feet from a south facing window.
Help needed! I transplanted this neglected jade around 3 months ago and mistakenly watered it in right away. I thought it would be fine if I waited another month before watering again, but the plant has continued to produce these black spotty leaves. Admittedly when I transplanted I didn’t take all the old soil off the roots because it was so top heavy. I gave it a prune last month and it has put out a ton of new growth. Should I just wait it out or do I need to go in and get all that old soil off?
Help! My Swiss cheese is getting a brown spot. It’s a gift cutting. About 2 weeks old. Is it getting too much or too little light? It gets no direct sunlight currently.
Is there any way to save this plant?
Why is my peperomia turning yellow?
My San Pedro cactus has these cream colored spots on it that are getting worse. Can anyone help me determine if this is scale or a fungal infection? Thank you!!
Noticed these black spots on my parlor palm stem. Looks healthy otherwise. Help???? 🙏
easy way to get rid of gnats? i have plants in my bedroom and saw a bunch in the past couple days, will they go into my items like bed and stuffed animals? or just my plants? they’re hard to see but i’ve only seen (i think) in my plants (plants are near the window and bed is close to the plants, less than a foot away)
What are those little red bugs in my plant super small
Is this root rotting? If so, why? It’s a new root and it hasn’t been overwatered. It’s a moth orchid. Thanks so much!
Hi. My succulent isn’t doing very well. I think it’s an insect problem. I’ve killed succulents before, help please!
!!!HELP!!! Update: have learned this is “coccidae” (soft scale) This is my ming aralia, my baby for better words lol i was admiring it this morning when i noticed the pot was kinda sticky.. i thought weird so I started looking through the leaves and branches and found what look like SLUGS?!? The plant is still THRIVING, like lots of new growth, are the slugs (if thats what they are) harmful ? P.S. - the soil has a smidge of whiteish mold looking stuff on the top?
