Help with my grafted moon! In my terrarium with one other succulent, my grafted moon has a growth out the side and the top has lost its color. Any recommendations for how to help it recover?
Hi there, I noticed some yellow and brown spots on my monstera and I just want to double check it isnât pests or a fungal infection. Dr Planta seems to think it is from under-watering - I often let the leaves begin to curl a bit and the soil dry out before I water, though Iâve recently added planta so hopefully my care improves. I cant see any pests, and I havenât noticed any on any of my other plants. We did move recently as well, and the monstera went from being up against an east facing window, to almost a meter away from a south-west facing window. It does seem fairly happy otherwise and just put out a new leaf a couple weeks ago. The newer leaves are completely free of spots. Thanks for your help!
my white wizard was/is thriving but ever since i got him this leaf has been giving me issues. itâs been about two months and now this is happening. does anyone know whatâs going on?</3
Hi plant people! Anyone know whatâs wrong with my lil guy! I think heâs a crassula? Heâs losing petals left right and center :(
What is going on here? Iâm struggling with this plant đ Iâll try to keep this short: original plant on the left started out bright/light green small plump leaves, I neglected it for a little leaves dried out/crunchy. Pinched dead leaves but it was getting longer still with crunchy leaves. So I cut of stems that were too long pinched off the burnt bits and potted it in planter on the right. Those cutting now have bigger leaves than before but are not plump like they started out. Idk whatâs up with that. Is the 2 in. Planter (on left) too small now? Should I pinch off the brown ones from the left and add to the planter on the right (4in) . I think Iâm killing her đ âŠ. Poor Lisa
Hi! I have three grow lights (two weaker gooseneck ones and one black lamp) facing this monstera. All the other leaves are looking great and the browning has completely stopped after I created this setup HOWEVER this one leaf (has one of the weak gooseneck lights directly dancing it - no heat emitted) is starting to slightly yellow. Is this due to too much light? IGNORE THE YELLOW/BROWN SPOTTING ON THE TOP CORNER OF THE PLANT - I bought it like that.
What's wrong with this plant? Only the newest leaf had it when I got it. It was still curled up so I didn't see. Now it looks like even the leaf that's about to come out it's going to have it too. It also recently formed a yellow leaf towards the base that still feels healthy. I haven't been over watering it, and it used to be right under a grow light. I moved it yesterday.
Hi! Iâve just got my first pink angel nerve fittonia and itâs leaves seem to be curling. Itâs in medium light and Iâve been watering it every couple days since itâs in a smaller pot. Just wondering if the curling leaves are normal or I should be doing something about it?
Help!! (Donât mind my dirty nails lol) I found these bugs on a few of the plants in living room. I thought they could be thrips but they donât look like the yellow ones Iâve been dealing with on my plants in a whole different story of my house. I also havenât found any of the little white larvae that youâd normally see tons of with thrips. They seem to be leaving behind little black dots of poop and Iâve seen a couple of the jump when I touch them. I donât think theyâre springtails though because springtails only really live in the soil. Iâve seen a few that have the same shape as the black ones but they are pale and have two little hairs on their bum that stick up straight. Anyone know what these are?? Please donât just say thrips lol unless you are certain. I have had my fair share of thrips issues and this seems quite different. Thanks!!
Hello! was just wondering if anyone could pin point what this white fluff on the top of the soil is and how to get rid of it?
Help what the hell are these?!?! Itâs on my chive plant
Can you please help me with my plant
I divided my money tree from the grocery store into 4 separate pots after unbraiding it. This guy is pushing out a new leaf (in background) but it seems to be sunburned? Wondering if the damage is bad enough to warrant me chopping off this leaf or if she will be OK. Also open to other theories as to why this damage is appearing! My plants are all pretty crowded together and currently I have all of my money trees at my east-facing window.
This is my first sweet potato plant. Itâs doing well overall except for the brown spots on a couple of leaves. Is it not getting enough light? Anybody with any experience?
I just brought home this mimosa pudica a from an outdoor garden store, and I found pests đ« any idea what these are? There was a tiny white nest I destroyed, you could barely see it, and Iâm finding these guys in the crevices of the plant. I have over 50 plants and I donât them to bring my house down!
My money tree has rapidly deteriorated and Iâm not sure why. The top pic is from 23 days ago and it was doing great. Then overnight, the leaves all started drooping and itâs been losing leaves since. The bottom left picture is from 9 days ago and the bottom right is from today. Iâve only watered it once or twice since 23 days ago according to Planta. I think the tree may already be dead since the stems have shriveled up too, but I wouldâve grateful for any insight as to why this happened! I repotted it sometime after the 23 day pic bc I noticed some roots growing out of the nursery pot so maybe the shock killed it? I also noticed a white moldy looking knob on the trunk today. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi there ! New to the community & just got back from being a month out of town ! Left keys with a friends & came back to some struggling plants - so sad ! This one was so full - I had to pull about 30+ dead leaves out of this one & it has so many brown spots all over the leaves /stems ! Any advice to help revive this beauty !
Hi!!! Newbie here! I just moved into a new apartment and there are a ton of beautiful plants. However, i have always been more of a cat & dog kinda gal. But our apartment is pet free. So i am taking care of all these lovely plants and really enjoying the process. I have a spider plant that looks in trouble! I would love to hear suggestions. I think its been overwatered & in too dark a space. BUT the soli look infected. It looks like lichen to me, but maybe a pest or mold?
Snapdragon sunburn? Not sure whatâs causing this but wondering if itâs too much sun. Falling off âčïž
I bought my monster Thai con from marketplace a month and a half ago and have watered her once; sheâs on a decent lighted area but almost all the tips of the leaves are browning and this leaf is yellowing. The pot is very large with no drainage so I feared overwatering, hence the only watered it once. Does this look like root rot or is the plant thirsty? Any advice helps!! Thank you.
