This is a progression of how sad my spider plant got. The first two pictures are from today; my plant is looking very sad and droopy compared to older pictures where it was very happy and perky. It also has yellowing/browning tips. Could I have overwatered in the last watering? I usually am pretty good about waiting until the soil is completely dry, I don’t know what went wrong here. I would appreciate some advice on what I can do with the plant. Should I repot?

The saga continues with my pilea, she started losing more leaves, so i decided to literally look at the root of the problem
it appears that she was in too big of a pot even tho theres 3 mother plants, good news is shes had 6 new baby plants and her roots are still relatively healthy
so i decided to repot them in 3 smaller pots to avoid root rot
has this happened to you? what did you do?

My beautiful elephant ear has some spots.. it had one spot on one leaf when I got it a few months ago. Now it has spots on 2 other leaves. She is growing a new leaf. Planta says it’s overwatered but I haven’t changed how I’ve watered it since I got it. I just watered it yesterday (just misted it today) and only water it when it’s 2/3 dry. She’s kept in a North facing window with indirect light
it is winter here in MI. Help pls!

My baby is sick
I’ve had this ZZ since he was wee bitty and lately I’ve noticed he’s gotten very droopy and has developed more (he’s always had a few) dark spots all over. His leaves are becoming dull, too. He was repotted over 6 months ago and I’ve always let him get really dry between waterings so I just don’t know what might be happening, can anyone help save him!?

Good morning everyone, I have a second question about my red Siam. I just noticed the tip of the leaves on one is turning brown and I have a spot on another leaf. I see two more leaves that are just starting to brown on the tips. Aside from that the plant is striving and doing so wonderfully and growing lots. What could be the issue with the browning of the tips?

Good morning everyone, I have a beautiful snake plant that just recently got two spots and a rotted leaf, that I pulled out . I’m following the water scheduling, per the app, which is about once a month. These are the first spots I’ve had on the plant and I’m wondering if I’m watering too much. I struggle determining soil moisture from dry damp to moist . I bought a moisture reader, which reads it’s dry, but when I put my finger in it feels damp not moist. From what I’ve read the snake plant doesn’t like a lot of water, so could the spots be due to overwatering? I’m in Edmonton Alberta, Canada and it’s winter right now.

Hello, my money tree has yellow/brown / falling leaves, but also has NEW growth at the top. It seems like it’s the lower leaves that are damaged. She gets southeast sun throughout the day. I’m not sure if I’m misting too much, or over watering. I’m in CO, and our air is so dry.

Help! My prince of orange philodendron is not doing well and I don’t know why. The leaves feel very droopy and thin, and the edges of one of the leaves has turned brown/yellow and crispy. Any help on what is happening and how to fix it would be very much appreciated.

The center of my turtle vine is dying, but the ends are super healthy and putting out new leaves. Anyone know how I can fix this? Is it under watered?

My Peperomia’s leaves have been getting pretty pale. Planta says it might need to be repotted but I wanted to make sure it isn’t a watering issue

Please help. I’ve been growing a lemon plant (from a lemon seed) for about two years now. It’s been a very slow grower, but always healthy. I read about overwintering, and have had it in my attic for the past few months (cold but next to a window for bright morning light). It’s been doing great, until today when I checked on it and the leaves are fairly brittle and shriveled. I’m in the south, so the temps have been cold for here, but not below freezing (outside). What should I do? Was watered about two weeks ago. Soil is dryish, slightly moist a few inches down. Stem is rigid and green. TIA
