Hey! So I posted about my orchid already but didn’t really get responses
what am I doing wrong? Should I in a bigger plastic container? Is it getting too much sun? Not enough? There are no pests! Thanks for the help!

I’m coming in hot with quite a few plant concerns. I’m not a new plant parent per se, but I’m fairly new to taking it a bit more seriously, so diagnosing is not my strong suit yet. I do have the diagnosing tool, but AI is imperfect and I appreciate human insight and judgement. So any insight into these concerns would be helpful. And please don’t let it be pests, that sounds stressful. 😅 1) 2 Monkey Masks. Some slight browned edges around some fenestration areas, and a couple holes that don’t appear to belong there period. A couple discolored/yellowing leaves. 2) Corn Plant. This guy admittedly was not getting the sun he needed for a long time, so he was recently moved. Some brown cruiser edges, but also some random brown spots throughout the leaves. 3) Chinese Evergreen. Small discoloration/browning spots on some leaves. One of the new growths is coming in with this. 4) Black Gold Philodendron. Some discoloration on leaves. Some leaf tips and turning inwards. That new growth is coming in with discoloration and a hole. If there are any further inquires into care of these plants or my concerns with them, please let me know!

Every leaf of my peace lily has this slight yellowish brown tip. Is it a watering issue or a sunlight issue? I usually water it every 10 days and keep it in bright room.

hopefully someone can help! I’m having my annual battle with fungus gnats and was trying to let the plant dry out before watering with the mosquito bits, but the soil isn’t drying out. I just moved to a new apartment with an east facing window that I keep quite cold and didn’t know if this could be affecting it? Not much I can do about the light unfortunately, but I haven’t had a problem until living here recently PS this soil hasn’t been wetted in probably two weeks

Hi guys, my satin pothos has one very yellow leaf and stem, has anyone seen this before? Thought it was odd as none of the other leaves have any yellow.

I recently got this hoya and it is very unhappy. It’s sunburnt and doesn’t seem to be doing too well. Any recommendations to help recovery for it?

I just noticed that the aloe plant I got 2 weeks ago has this brown leaf. I’ve been following the planta watering guide and the auto diagnose suggests under watering but I’m not entirely confident that’s the case. For context I leave the aloe in a north facing window that’s part shade and watered it 9 days ago with its next water being in 3 days. The soil is very dry so I might do it sooner but I wanted to see what yall said.

What kind of bug is this? They don’t move. I only find them on the stem of a plant. I squish them and then spray the plant with a diluted water mixture with neem oil but they keep appearing. I’ve also tried using rubbing alcohol but it doesn’t get rid of them.

Hello everyone, I recently got this heartleaf philodendron and it started looking worse for wear. I know they’re very resilient however I want to know what I can do to help. Should I cut off the bad yellowing/browning leaves? Another thing that concerns me is that all of the new growth points are suddenly crispy when they were green a couple days ago. Are new plants still going to grow from there? I’m not sure what caused it since I don’t keep it close enough to the window to wear it could get too much sun.

Help! What is this white stuff on the stems of my Jade Gollum? It’s like a fine dust and comes off with the lightest touch. There’s some on the pot too (a day after watering), but none really on the leaves. Mildew, minerals, mites, or something else?

I’m waiting for my soil to come in the mail so I could change out the soil.đŸ–€đŸȘŽ

These little mfers (fungus gnats) have gotten into every one of my plants. I hate it so much. I have tried: -droughting the plants within an inch of their lives -diatomaceous earth -and recently mosquito bits (I’m on week two). Do I just need to give the mosquito bits longer to work? Should I add neem oil and do all three remediates at once? Should I throw out all my plants and accept the fact that I can’t have nice things? Escape to a monastery?

Hey I have a dwarf fig growing outdoors that developed this fungus or something after a real heavy rain. Any idea what it is or if I should be concerned? The rest of the fig is healthy and has quite a bit of new growth.

This dragon fruit hasn’t had any significant growth in months. I’d like to facilitate new growth now that it’s been in its new pot for a while and doesn’t seem unhappier. How would I go about encouraging it to grow more?

Any fiddle tree saviors out there? My fiddle tree seems to be on its last leg. I know I need to move it into more sun. I have shutters so I think they take away more direct sunlight than it needs. I’m moving it to the south facing window. What else could I do to help it? TIA.
