Is there such a thing as LIQUID BT DROPS that I can put into a water can so I can get rid of fungus gnats?
Not sure what this is...googled it and had too many different answers.
What's going on with my prayer plant's leaf? The others are kind of crinkly...
Any idea what would cause this? I just bought this monstera from Home Depot and one leaf is super flimsy and thin feeling with black edges and then another leaf is twisted over on itself. I havenât taken it out of its nursery out to inspect yet as im a newbie and wanted advice before I did anything. The top of the soil feels moist/dry but feeling in the hole at the bottom of the pot the soil feels wet.
Can somebody tell me whatâs going on with my Swedish ivy? Itâs sitting about a ft. from an east facing window with moderate sunlight and up until a couple weeks ago has been thriving. I went out of town for five days and watered the morning before I left. When I came back I noticed some of the leaves were turning black. It seems to have gotten worse since Iâve been back over the last couple of weeks. Iâve kept a careful eye on it and made sure to keep up on watering schedule, etc. Does anyone have any advice? Is this from lack of water? Over watering? All of a sudden, too much sunlight or something? It may be worth noting that when we arrived home, the air felt very stale in the house due to lack of ventilation because no one was home. I have multiple other plants in the same area, along my kitchen counter and they all appear to be doing great.
Any idea if this fungus looking stuff in my soil is a problem?? Iâve noticed it in a select few of my plants soil, but the plants themselves seem fine.
Anyone know what could be going on with my little variegated jade?
I placed my plants (this is one of two) outside about two months ago, and it is flourishing, but Iâm noticing that the root on some stems creates that black tarnish look and starts to fall off. Do you know what that may be from?
Help please! I went back home from a holiday for 2 weeks and found my Alocacia leaf turning this colour. This happened before for one of its small leaves and died. I noticed it drooped as well. Canât figure out Whatâs the problemâŠlast time I watered was before leaving for my holiday and I just measured soil moisture and donât think it needs watering at the moment. I love this plant so much and I need help keeping it alive đą
Help!! đđ I bought this beautiful silver sword philodendron over the weekend and it was so healthy but unfortunately I had to run an errand and left it in the car for 15 minutes in the heat and it killed one leaf and caused damage to the others. I gave it some time for the leaves to rest and it the others improved except for the one that is clearly dead. My question is, do I chop any of this off? And if so, where? Or do I let it do its thing and see what happens?
Does anyone know what this is on my jade plant?
So on a sunny day here in England I let my plants have a little sunbathe and hosed them down for a drink⊠now a lot of them are looking like my poor spider plant. What did I do wrong and how do I save them? đ I thought theyâd all e joy a shower and sunbathe, clearly not though Thank you in advanced
I just got this monstera about a month ago and Iâve been watering every 10 days as the person who sold it to me told me to. Can anyone help me understand what is wrong with this soil? It looks strange to me with the white stuff on it but I donât know what that is. For context, I had to cut out 3 leaves from this monstera plant because they had black/brown spots with yellow circles around them and I read somewhere that thatâs a sign of a fungus that can spread and the best way to make sure the whole plant doesnât die is to cut it. I hope I did it correctly. I am brand new to plant life so I really need some help here! TIA!
What are these tiny bugs in the soil? So small, hard to get pics but theyâre in almost all of my plants. I just noticed them. Plants donât seem to have any damage and arenât on the leaves/stem.
Anyone know whatâs going on w my Guiana chestnut? She has a brown tint to a few of her leaves. We just moved into a new house and I put her by a window temporarily but I think sheâs a bit mad. Opinions are welcome!
Can anyone help me with identifying what this bug is? I donât know if heâs good or bad. It likes to hang out around the new growth on my peach tree. This peach tree and one other I have are new this year. Iâve never had trees before so Iâm a little out of my element here. Any help would be appreciated!
idk whatâs going on with this guy, he only gets watered once the soil is basically dry and has a grow light/near a window leaves just keep yellowing/browning and dropping off, i even switched to watering with distilled water because i thought it was just dramatic but nothing seems to be working i got it from walmart a few months ago and treated it for pests but never actually saw any any help would be really appreciated đđ»
