Hello plant enthusiasts! I bought this cutie (I believe a peperomia??) at my hardware store for .90🙀I’d love to help it thrive so I’ve repotted with a mix of perlite, orchard bark and standard potting soil. But I’m noticing some leaves are super weak, almost wilting. Does anyone have any ideas? It’s on my patio that faces south and gets a lot of mid to late afternoon sun. Please notice the leaves at the top of the stalk with the adorable pink blooms.
Help!!! Some of our sunflowers are finally almost to blooming point but we noticed this thick, almost jelly like substance on some of them when we were watering them. Gross description but the best i can describe it is similar to a mix of spit and jelly. Some of it dripped off when we were looking closer at it. What is this????
Can anybody explain how chlorophyl works? Cuz my Adansonii Albo having a problem. 1st picture showing healthy, after a few weeks second picture showing death of the other leaf. 🙏
Does anyone know what bugs these are? They are small black and making holes in the leaves. I watered them out. But they seem to come back.
Is this ponytail palm savable? This came in a pot with 3. I have had this for two years and it recently started looking bad so I separated them all and took off all the brown leave. The other two are thriving but this one had the worst of it. Barely any leaves that were viable. Then those ones started looking bad. I just want to know if I can save this plant and get it to thrive again like my other two.
Does anyone have any thai constellation tips please? Had this for a few months now and all that’s happened is the 2 lower leaves yellowing. When I brought it home I repotted and changed the soil. There has always been sign of new growth but no development. Is it still just adjusting to it’s new environment?
I got this Bougainville plant a few days ago and placed it in my backyard where it gets full sun, direct sunlight from sunrise to sunset. I live in Texas and the weather right now is 70F-100F. I’m watering it every 2 days but I noticed that the flowers are turning yellow and also the leaves. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I need some advice on my string of pearls. I can’t seem to get it right. It has been in my window, and on a watering schedule for a bit now. I just moved it under my grow light for 12 hours a day to make sure it was getting enough light, because since I got the light my other plants have been thriving. I’m not sure what to do, but any advice is appreciated! Thank you!!

Hello! So my monstera albo borsigiana has one been doing great for the last month but now I see this!! (See pic below) I have researched and read that it could be humidity, I have a humidifier and have keep it above 58! I have grow lights on her and It’s currently summer here in WA state so it’s not cold. Not next to any heaters or AC, under grow lights. It’s planted in coco chips because it was angry for awhile and as soon as I put her in straight coco chips she did way better! Roots have grown a ton, I just checked them and no root rot or anything out of the ordinary and I can see her roots through the cup and they all look great! My other girl (monstera albo borsigiana) is doing the same thing but also has some light brown around it! The second is under the exact same conditions as the first! Also checked her roots (bottom pics) and they look great too! Can somebody please tell me what I’m doing wrong? Also this has taken a lot of time (at least a month) to get to this point. It was not fast. Any advice would be so helpful! Lots more roots than seen in the photos fyi.
Does anyone know why my spider plant might be struggling to produce babies? It has had this offshoot for about 6-8 weeks but has yet to produce anything appreciable. Thank you in advance!

Hi friends, I posted on the overall plant thread but thought I might get more help here. I’m really worried about this guy Dink. I got him when he was nearly dead and only had one leaf. Since I got him he perked up so much and has sprouted 4 new leaves and has been doing SO well. Until about 4ish days ago now, he started drooping again. I realized I had overwatered him and he had been sitting in water for a couple days. I took him out of his big pot (pictures are his tiny pot) and put him on a paper towel to dry in a warm environment. But he hasn’t perked up in the slightest and I’m really worried about him 😞 what do I do and how do I save him? I want my perky Dink back 😭
Hey so my purple green beans look as if they have been getting eaten if you can help please do. There is a picture down below any info would be appreciated. They are outside and are getting watered everyday and are in full light there is drainage in there garden box
What can you tell me about this critter; is it harmful… beneficial? I found four in just one small shovel full of dirt. If they are harmful, what would you suggest I do? TIA. 😊💚🪴
Hey guys, can anyone please advice why the leaves are turning yellow. I think this is diffenbchia plant, its still in the pot i got it from walmart , have not repotted it. I bought it few weeks ago. I usually keep it beside the window in the living room but i don’t get to much sunlight as my apartment is in the backside, hardly get sun for like 2 hours before the Sun set.
I put these on 12 hours ago. They work amazing! 😅😃
does anyone know what’s going on with my monstera :( he’s in a terracotta pot, with drainage holes, i got him about a month ago without all this stuff on his leaves. seems like he’s slowly dying and i would really like to AVOID that 😭😭😭
anyone know what these markings might be? they can’t be wiped off. can’t tell if it’s cosmetic damage or pest related. I thought it might be pest poop?? or maybe sunburn? (I moved the grow light closer in the pic for better viewing but it’s normally 6in away) the two leaves that are affected don’t touch whatsoever. it gets a regular watering once the soil is mostly dry. none of the other leaves have brown spots/tips, just these two and a couple older ones from cosmetic damage.
