Looking for some snake plant advice. Iâve had this plant for a few years and recently moved to a new house and itâs not doing so great. Itâs become very floppy with wrinkly/ribbed leaves. The base of the leaves have become âCâ shaped and very ridged and hard. I tired to diagnose the plant via the app and it said it was over watered, which I have hard time believing. I hadnât been watering it often. My instinct is that it wasnât getting enough sun and that it was under watered. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my cactus which is a lemon ball is squishy on one side, but not rotten yet. There are also some spots and the needles on the squishy side are not as pokey or long. Any ideas what it is or what to do? Please let me know, thank you! Ps sick side right, healthy side left
I recently got this goldfish plant a few weeks ago but I canât figure out why its drooping. Iâve thought it was under watering so I was trying to make sure that I give it a good drink when I water it, but it hadnât seemed to improve. Anyone have thoughts on this?
Not necessarily a problem , but this is my maranta leuconeura (prayer plant). Itâs been doing great and the other day I noticed it had this little flower on it. Anybody know what this could mean, or am I just the chosen one?
um hello help đ„ș my babyâs is sick and I have no idea whatâs going on
This plant did not have this last week. Is this an infestation?
These leaves are looking a little soggy idk what to do I added more perlite to the soil already.
My Alocasia nebula was getting all weird. The leaves have curled, but the surface of the leaves are normal. The stems are drooped down, but the structure of the stem is strong. Essentially, it looks like itâs short on water. Since Iâm tight on my scheduled watering and frequently finger-checking the soil, being short on water made no sense. Based on this, I suspected that its root ball must be pretty small and unable to take up water fast enough to maintain the plant. I pulled the plant out and viola!⊠barely any roots. With so little roots, reviving can be tough. I could cut off two leaves and hope the roots will keep up with the one remaining leaf. But what if the remaining leaf was already chosen by the plant to be sacrificed and its fate just wasnât visible yet? In that scenario, I would have cut off the two good leaves only to have the last leaf die off. Instead, I have decided to keep all three leaves and go with a deep water culture. Now it will have access to water 24/7. Iâve added food to the water to get things jump started, and an air stone to get oxygen into the water for the roots, which will help significantly with keeping the roots healthy and white. Now I wait. One thing is for sure; this will either work or it will not. đ
Got this Regal Shield plant yesterday and it already had this drooping leaf. The owner of the shop told me to just cut it off and itâll grow back stronger. I have done some research and know that some leaves will start drooping to make way for new growth, so I wanted to ask the community if chopping the leaf is the right thing to do!!
Saw a couple of these guys in my Coleus soil. What are they and what should I do!? đŹ Help please!
Help!! Found these dark rough spots on my silver penny plant. Plant is 4-5 years old. Been outside for several weeks, Iâm in Georgia 8b, well watered, fertilized, growing.

How much should I cut these leaves and should I wait sometime to cut after I water her? After 1 week of trip and this happened⊠Since I put in small pot and root were outside of the soil, I repoted it yesterday. Trying to observe it after I repoted and watered, but not sure about which to cut for saving her. Leaves on a bottom is dried but still green, but some on a top is dried and yellow.
Anyone have any advice about what to do for my Monstera Deliciosaâs leaves? Theyâre slowly turning brown and wilted on the edges. I water once a week, maybe longer in between if the soil is still moist. I pictured the window itâs sitting next to. Iâm not sure what to do for her and would love some advice if anyone has it! :)
Just picked up my first monstera from Facebook marketplace and I get it in two weeks⊠my parents are caring for it until I get there and I think theyâre killing it đđđ whatâs the best care to help save it for two weeks? I think theyâve overwatered it and might be too close to a window? Sun sets in this window and they said the leaves are starting to curl⊠theyâve had it two days⊠I need help before they kill it!!
My Tineke started dropping its bottom leaves⊠2 today. Using a grow light about 2 ft away. Is it too far? Should I move the plant to a window? I only have west facing windows in my apartment.
I hope this is allowed but I have more data regarding my poor pink symphony Caladium- I went back to the nursery and ALL of the Caladiums had the beginning stages of the same issue. I wonder if it is a fungus or our zone just sucks for them. Theyâve been moved indoors where there is no natural light. Iâve always wondered how stores are able to do that.
Anyone know what this fuzzy white stuff is? These are the roots of a long pothos vine Iâve been keeping in water. They appeared recently.
Hey all, My monstera has been having droopy leaves for a while now yet still gives new leaves. Just looking for some help. Itâs in a part sunâ>sun environment but was previously in a part sunâ>pretty shady environment. (Side note itâs not just a daily thing such as it hasnât been watered yet.)
Hello! This is the third lettuce Iâve regrown and itâs dying, none of the ones Iâve regrown have survived, I donât know what Iâm doing wrong, I water it 2 days a week. My supposition is because of the weather, itâs hot and humid, I donât know if they should be indoors in a cooler place or if I should regrow them just in water and not in soil Pls help đ„Čđ„Č
