Hello everyone, I just got an hydrangea yesterday evening. It was looking perfect, until i came home and found it droopy like this. I was wondering what is wrong with it.. Did I get an unhealthy one or did I do something wrong afterwards.. I didn’t water it yet, I just put it next to my window so it could see some sun today.. I’d really appreciate it if someone help me bring it back to life again!
I need help please I love this tree and want it to grow big!!! Why is my dragon tree droopy? Bought in September 2023 location is PNW. I’ve tried watering it more and watering it less and it still droops. When I water it it perks up for a day but then just goes back to being droopy, and when i water it less it’s droopy anyways. I don’t normally keep it in the window but on my desk next to window so it gets partial sunlight, but i’ve also tried keeping it right in the window and it was still droopy:(
Hello, I need help please! I have never had a dracaena before but I was gifted this dragon tree, it didn’t look to be in the best shape it was severely overwatered and I believe it has fungus knats, it was very harshly tied together and was the victim of daily feline harassment. I did some searching on how to prune/propagate it and when making one of the cuttings I noticed this red/orange discolouration within the stem? What is this and is this bad? Also, should I be concerned about the about the white/ashy colour I’m noticing at the base? Any help and information much appreciated!!
My hydrangea blooms are starting to turn green and wilt a little. Should I be concerned?
I've had this plant for awhile - this is the first time it has flowered. But it is sticky and smells odd? Some of the stocks where I have cut off old leaves have turned gooey and odd. I've attached images. Is this normal? Any advice?
My plant has yet to grow any new flowers and idk why and every flower dies before growing up how do I fix this?
Any way to save this baby? I haven’t watered in literally WEEKS but it still ended up squishy/rotten up to where my fingers are 😩 Biggest issue with this specific tree has been root rot spreading up the trunk!!
The biggest leaf on my monstera is starting to yellow…what does this mean? How can I help it? I just got plant food to add into the water so I think that should help in general but I am not sure the specific cause of the problem.
What should I do if my Christmas cactus has mold on it?? Is it dangerous? Why did it happen? It wasn’t there last time I watered. :(
My plant is extremely dried and unhealthy looking. I’ve had this succulent for years now. Is there anyway I can treat it or is it time to let go ☹️
I like to rotate it every week and today when I rotated I saw this. is this sunburn? where i live it has been getting hotter
i’m new to plants in my home and have kinda went crazy. lol. all have seemed to be doing amazing for months now. i bought this golden pothos about 2 months ago. it’s been throwing out some amazing growth. i’ve even got a propagation from this one that’s doing amazing. today was watering day and all of a sudden i noticed A TON of whatever these things are. does anyone know what these are? are they good or bad? should i repot this whole thing and throw away the soil? thank you guys for all your help!
My bird of paradise has curling leaves. I looked it up and it says they curl when it has to little water I’m gonna keep monitoring its soil moisture but can my bird of paradise come back from this?
I know my nerve plant is a drama queen but she’s getting out of control lately with her drooping. I am watering every couple of days because the soil gets dry and the droop starts. I sometimes top water, sometimes bottom water so it’s getting enough water. The bounce back is not happening as much these last few weeks. I did repot her maybe 6 months ago because she was growing out of her pot, went from a 4” to a 6” and she seemed happy. Any ideas on what could be causing the extra long droopy periods. Photo of her currently in water, this is after 20min and still super sad.
Hi everyone! I’ve had my Philodendron Mican’s for about 4 months and for the most part it’s really happy, I’ve got lots of new growth which is exciting. However, I have one vine which isn’t producing any new growth at all and it’s actually lost all of it leaves over the past 2 months or so. I’ve have a little look and it is rooted like the rest of the plant but I’m reluctant to investigate by digging further since it didn’t take to kindly to repotting originally. Has anyone had anything similar? Should I just cut my losses and remove the entire section?
Hey guys! Anyone seen this damage before. I got her on clearance from Home Depot. It's a Monster Deliciosa… can the brown be saved? there is some new growth coming in and I checked it and did not see any pest on the leaves. The lady at the Home Depot thought it was some sort of frostbite but she didn’t really know. …. Any thoughts?
A little unsure if this is a problem or if it’s common, but I bought this thyme from a local nursery a couple days ago without thoroughly inspecting it. I’m pretty new to plant care and it seems like the thyme already has some minor signs of leaf damage, while repotting it yesterday I noticed it seems like there are more roots growing out of some of the woody stems. Are these in fact roots? If so, should I bury the plant until every single root is covered? Should I cut these stems off and propagate into a separate pot? There is a hefty amount of roots beneath the dirt that definitely don’t appear to be weak but I’ve never personally seen this happen to plants in my time. Any info would be greatly appreciated:)
Will he recover from this? I think I over exposed him to sunlight Some leaves are brown and soft
Should I be worried about this white stuff in my soil?? Is it the start of a pest??
