Hi everyone. I am having some trouble with my Calathea. I think I let her get too much direct sun. The AI says itâs overwatering, but the leaves arenât yellow they got crispy on the edges. Iâve moved her to a place with more indirect light but Iâd love other suggestions if that seems wrong. Thanks!!
Hello all! So, Iâm trying to propagate my poor pothos and one cutting is going really well and pushing out a lot of roots and the leaves are healthy. But this cutting is confusing me, the leaf is getting progressively yellow but itâs pushing out what looks like growth points and a couple of roots. Iâm not sure if itâs worth keeping if the leaf dies off or if that would affect the chance of it rooting and growing more? Thanks!!

new plant momma question- just got this bromeliad and its getting brown leaves already- is this normal? I got it last week and its been hot & humid this week, so i put it in a water bath a few days ago. Its perched up by the window and I think its getting enough light, maybe too much? I have this blackberry bush that is doing very well. I noticed it sprouted 2-3 very long stalks one morning. By the afternoon, they looked like this. I watered it some that day (maybe 2 days ago) and fertilized it with liquid fertilizer today per the app. Any advice on what to do is very much appreciated. This is honestly my first time trying to garden so I have much to learn!
Howdy Plant Peeps! Iâm in need of some advice. This Echeveria succulent has gotten out of hand. Itâs grown so tall it canât support itself and has what looks like roots sprouting all over the place. Iâm curious what others would do with it? Should I repot it? Trim the hairy root things? Any other ideas of how to help this little buddie would be greatly appreciated.
hi guys! I just recently ordered this calathea dottie, she arrived pretty unhappy. Iâm not sure what to do. Iâm assuming it is from traveling, but the soil is still damp so I donât think it needs watered or anything. should I chop the leaves that are brown or just leave it and let it do its thing? Iâve heard these plants are sensitive so Iâm nervous to do anything wrong lol.

Please help!! I just got this cat tail palm about 5 days ago. I had one leave yellow and start drooping. I noticed one small thripe bug. (play was still in its nursery plastic pot). I gave it a thorough rinse/bath, let it drain, then sprayed insecticide all over the plant. I then repotted with some fresh soil (miracle grow potting soil) Today Iâm noticing these little brown egg like things on yellow spotting. Any one have advice? I really want her to thrive!! Sorry for the image quality, I tried my best but theyâre super tiny lol
