Anyone know what these things are on my elephant ear
My red nerve plant is drooping :( I canât tell if itâs cold shock or underwatering, so I watered her and moved her to my bathroom with a grow light and a humidifier. Do we think she will recover? đ
Hi! I am relatively new to plant care, from my understanding on Dragon Treeâs I was told water every 10 or so days. Just got this plant two weeks ago. Itâs already starting to brown a bit in areas. What may I be doing wrong or what can I do to prevent/keep from browning? TIA!
does anyone have advice for my drooping/browning leaves on my fiddle fig? i think heâs not getting enough light since i only have a north facing window. i had a grow light on him all day yesterday but i have no idea how often he needs it. Also, I try to keep the soil a bit moist at all times.
Hello, does anyone have any good advice on how to get rid of gnats?
Help, ive had these guys for a couple years i think and i repotted them around 6 months ago because they were originally together. Ive also recently started realizing my love for plants so my collection has grown quite a bit. These seem to me the okly ones that arent doing the best and im not quite sure what to do. Any tips are appreciated:)
Help please :) My cheese plant has been looking a bit sad with what appears to be burnt marks and now yellow discolouration on its bigger leaves. I know about natural shedding but this seems quite bad? Also itâs not in direct sunlight so it canât be burning from over exposure. Any help is accepted!
Hi! This is my lemon tree, John Lemon. My friend grew it from seed and gave it to me some time ago. In the past year and half or so, it has seen quite a bit of new growth and has seemed generally happy. However, recently I noticed some strange spiky growths on its nodes. Iâve never seen this before and am unsure if I should be concerned and/or if there is anything I should be doing about it. Has anyone seen this before? What do you think it could be? Additionally, some parts of the veins on a few of its leaves seem to have turned whitish. Any tips are welcome! An additional tidbit: sometime just before I noticed the growths, I gave it a fresh dose of fertilizer (composted alpaca poopoo). I used this fertilizer on other plants of mine as well and did not notice any weirdness happening. in fact, I also have a young meyer lemon tree that I grew from seed this year that was fertilized on the same day with the same fertilizer and it seems fine.
I have been struggling with my white fusion calathea for months and i do not know what else to do. i have moved her to different locations (probably too much) and i have tried to diagnose her with dr. plants and it never seems accurate. does anyone have any advice đ«
Hello! I hope everyone is having a good week, itâs almost Friday! đ Iâm looking for a little advice. This is my propagated Tradescantia - Blushing Bride. It had some issues when I first moved it to soil with brown spots on the leaves. I ended up removing the leaves and hoped for the best. It has made a come back and has been growing well. Iâve noticed the ends of the leaves are browning. They come in looking great, but not long after this. What am I doing wrong? I know Iâm the problem. đ I usually let it it dry out about 50% before watering and itâs in a south facing window, but the blinds are partially closed to filter in the light.
I have Garden symphylans in my ponytail palm. What should I do?
Help! I have just pulled these yellow/brown leaves off my monkey leaf Monstera. Does anyone know if this is due or over/under watering?
Iâve had this Arum Lily baby for 20 years. I moved about a year ago and now it keeps growing like mad, then the leaves begin to look like this and they all die off. I cut the plant at the root and it grows back ⊠rinse and repeat. Iâd love to treat the underlying issue ⊠and advice would be so appreciated!
My little Missy has gone from the first photo to the second in a couple of weeks. I haven't moved her home or changed anything.
This poor plant. đą My coworker knew I had a bad day a couple weeks ago and bought me this little heart cacti. Iâm not even sure of the actual name yet. She forgot to bring it in from her car and then I was on vacation for a week. There it sat in her car. She gave it to me on Monday and it looked so bruised and sad. Determined to revive it, I watered it and sat it in my office. Then I decided to take it home to a sunny window. Sat it ever so gently on the middle console and when I looked back, it had tried to kill itself on my passenger seat! Scooped up what I could and took it home. Sat it on the table and my dog ripped it down. đ«Łđ So sheâs repotted in some cacti soil and in the window. Iâm sure she froze and wonât return but I donât give up that easily. This poor plant.
what am i doin wrong here. I think we over watered at first. someone added fertilizer and it started to mold.
What am I doing wrong?? (Unknown baby alocasia)
Hey! We recently turned our Monstera to get light on the other side and suddenly this happened to his leaf. Heâs never done this before and weâre a little confused about it đ . Does anyone have any advice or any idea what it is?
How it started vs how itâs going đ the move upset it and I think the room it was in was too cold. It dropped leaves left and right and ended up looking leggy so I pruned it back and kept the tops to propagate. Fingers crossed it doesnât die on me. Any tips would be appreciated.
my echeveria keeps losing leaves and itâs drooping. the leaves get squishy and fall off like theyâre rotting off. what do i do?? this is what it looked like when i got it vs now:
