I could not keep my peperomia pepperspot alive. She’s down to one little branch and I don’t think she’ll make it. I thought I figured out what I did wrong with her and got a ruby cascade and now she’s also not doing well. She keeps shedding leaves. I have thought that maybe they were leaves that were damaged in shipping, but I feel like every time I look at her there are fewer leaves. I have not repotted her because I think that ultimately was what I did wrong with my pepperspot. I only bottom water when dry and keep the leaves dry. The indirect light is good and works well for my other peperomia but maybe that wouldn’t work for her? I have a string of turtles that is still doing extremely well so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong with this type of peperomia?

Maybe put it under a grow light if you haven’t already. Mine loves it grow light and was struggling till I put got the light. It might also be a small watering issue. Maybe try giving it a bit less water. I hope this helps!

Yes it does help thank you! Maybe I’ll move her to get more light!

Could it want more light? I have two peperomia I keep in as much sun as possible in my house and they're doing very well, but the guidance for them is technically bright-indirect. They need a much, much brighter home than I thought they would to look happy.

She does get bright indirect light, but I could try to move her. All my other peperomia do well in this window but I think she is more temperamental.
