What is wrong with it? I got it for free at Facebook and I want to revive it, I’m not sure if I should turn it into new cuttings if it has pests, or if I should just give it a shower and repot. Will it survive if I cut it up and water propagate? I think it is some sort of dracaena

I’d definitely shower and repot. You could try to propagate one of the stalks and see how the plant does from there. It looks like it has some nice potential. The leaves look sunburned but you need to see what’s happening underneath that dense soil

Definitely repot and isolate! Maybe it’s some type of leaf infection if it doesn’t just wipe off.

I have that silver stuff on my rubber plant and yeah it won't come off. I have no clue what it is but it has always been very close to many other plants and none of them caught it. I've had it for about 4 years.

The leaves look like a top layer has been chewed like a spider mites infestation. But, I don’t see fine webbing. Just treat as a generic pest infestation. Isolate the plant and disinfectant tools/hands after handling it. Treat by flushing the leaves above and below with water. Wipe down the leaves with a vinegar water solution to remove water and fertilizer stains. Treat with neem oil once a week to remove hitchhikers. The current soil looks like common yard dirt. Check the roots for damage and the soil for hitchhikers including mealybugs and millipedes. Repot in well draining soil with lots of perlite for good drainage. Water thoroughly and fertilize.
