Help! My meyer lemon is naked! Does anyone have any idea why my Meyer lemon is dropping leaves? She has blossoms and is currently growing 3 beautiful lemons. She’s inside under a grow light and is regularly watered and receives fertilizer.

MariahMine did this too after being brought indoors for its first winter, but months later flowers are finally reappearing. I found some accounts online from other plant owners who saw their Meyer drop all its leaves the first winter it came indoors, but survived and was fine the next season. Then, in subsequent indoor winters, significantly less leaf drop was seen. I saw five or six stories about this same thing posted in the last few years. Hopefully both of our plays will be totally fine!
