Hi everyone! I am fairly new to being a Plant Mom , loving it and this app has helped me to keep them alive for so long. My snake plant looks unhappy. My guesses are I need to repot because there’s quite a few baby plants popping up in here OR it has had too much sun. What do you think? Both? I may try to move it out of direct sun for a bit. I think its new location was too bright.

0개 좋아요 I usually snooze watering notifs for these guys a couple times because planta tends to overwater. To me, the floppiness of the leaves makes me think they’re overwatered but hard to tell. They usually don’t do poorly in more light they grow faster. I’d check the roots to make sure there isn’t any rot.

They do prefer it a little darker and definitely have had to repot mine a few times recently because the soil just kept getting too hydrophobic I kept adding more perlite they're looking better now, the ones in my bearded dragons is a vivarium under the UV lights are doing pretty great as long as I don't get too close to the light

좋아요 1개Check the roots. If you have been over watering the roots may be getting rotten. The pot is not too large. They like to be crowded. Don't increase the pot size unless the pot is really crowded with roots.
