so my plant has all these little black and white spots on it and the flowers seem to be dying. i have no idea what these are. they do come off but i don’t want to hurt the plant if i wipe it all off. any advice?

    Oof I think you’ve got thrips, my friend. And a looooot of them 😔

    Use sellotape or something sticky to get all the adults off- I wipe the plant oil using neem oil but with the amount some people recommend buying bugs online that are predators of them (some are small enough that you can’t even see them). The eggs get laid inside the plant so without the bugs it may take a while to reduce the amount without consistency. Good luck!!

    Also if you have other plants surrounding this one I’d check both the top and bottom of the leaves as the adults (the black dots) can fly🥴
