I have had these little plants with no problems for about 3 years, in various locations throughout my house. All are starting to get these brown leaves and not sure why

    Maybe they need fertilizer? Have you ever repotted them? Perhaps they need new soil. Those are just guesses.

    I think if they needed fertilizer the leaves would be turning yellow (unless it was fertilizer burn) and the pot looks big enough for those sizes of plants. I would consider either a fungus or a watering issue. Does that pot have drain holes?

    So i see a tad bit of yellowing and then the browning. It doesn't overtly look fungal too me, unless its just starting. I think it may be a watering issue, possible soil. If this doesn't drain, or drain well, it's retaining too much water. These guys do really good in a gritty soil mix that's well draining, as the dont like a rich soil. They can get nutrient deficiency, so if you haven't fertilized them ever, I would do so to rule that out. And it's improve growth.

    Are they Janet Craig Dracaenas? If so, they don’t like most tap waters. That could cause it. They often have a delayed reaction to it.

      Yeah, I literally buy distilled water just for this plant lol
