What’s happening to my pothos? Some leaves are brown on the stem and the leaves are brown and dead.

the brown on the stems is nothing — just spent sheaths from when the leaf was new. the brown leaves is something else. is it happening to a lot of the leaves or just this one?

is the plant new? is it happening only to your newer leaves, near the ends of your vines or randomly? (these things are easier to diagnose when i understand the full picture 😅)

I’ve had the plant for 2 months maybe. I notice it’s on smaller leaves like baby leaves. Not the big leaves. They’re mostly on the long vine.

it could just be adapting to the environment — new growth in a relatively new place. a pothos like this one is generally hardy how close to a window and which direction does that window face? if this was my pothos i would probably just prune the damaged leaves away and carry on — if it keeps happening you’ll want to investigate your roots
