So my orchid is super droopy and the leaves are wrinkly. I’ve followed all the steps on the app and she still isn’t doing great. I’ve also had her for two years now. Does anyone know what is wrong with her?

    Soil looks dry at the top. Check the soil and root health and prune roots that are brown and mushy. Orchids prefer fast-draining, highly airy, peat-free blend. I would consider an orchid potting mix and then water when the roots are a silvery-grey color. Roots are green when hydrated. They love sun so it looks like you have it by a window for light. The app water schedule is a guideline and dependent on us checking the soil as well, if it feels dry or wet, you can water sooner or snooze it, the app will adjust the schedule with this adjusted info. If you put it in a clear nursery pot (there are orchid specific ones) you can have fun checking the soil dryness and root health. Hope this helps!

    If you find any mushy, moldy/fuzzy, or foul smelling roots, remove any diseased sections and then treat all the roots with hydrogen peroxide. Definitely switch to bark. The current leaves will likely stay wrinkly as a scar, so watch new leaves for indicators of health
