Help!! 🙏🙏This is a philodendron from my great grandpas funeral in 2020 and is very sentimental to my mom. When I moved out, she let me bring it to my new place. I decided to repot it because the old pot didn’t have any drainage. But after repotting a few months ago, its condition has only been getting worse. (The top picture is before I repotted, the bottom one is what it looks like today.). Is there any saving it?

    I have a cutting about the same size and it has been veryyyyy slow to grow, I would trim off the yellow leaves and check for root rot. I have another philo that I thought was completely dead but it had one good root, so I propagated it and it’s finally growing again, so maybe propagating it will work? Good luck!

    I would cut off what’s left and stick it in some water. If you repot such a long strand, it probably went into shock and gave up on its long strands to save the roots.

    I’d cut off the yellow leaves and then try divide it - repot one part and put the other part in water to propagate. That way, you double your odds of saving it! I think you should definitely do something - because it’s clear that its not happy the way it is and it’s only going to get worse
