Hi there! I was told this is a Aglanemea variegated Pearl and I’m VERY new to this plant. I put it on my windowsill and only watered it a bit. I’ve only had it for about two weeks and it’s started yellowing on the new leaves so I’m a bit worried I’m doing something wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also if that’s not what type of plant this is PLEASE let me know! 😰
The Alganema I just got and a nest pot and terrible/soaking soil. Once I repotted it and gave it about a week I started getting new growth that wasn’t yellowing or browning. There’s a chance it’s just sensitive to change as well. This is my first Alganema so I’m learning with you.
2개 좋아요 Thanks so much! And I’m hoping you the best of luck with yours! I’m really new to plants and got them from a local nursery that is really well rated where I’m from. I’m also taking name suggestions cause I have the superstition that if I don’t name it like people name boats it’ll die.
좋아요 1개 I named all of my first plants as well. Made me more attached to them ha ha. Keep an eye on it and if it continues to yellow leaves I’d check the roots.
