The gasp i gusped🫣😵. Im so sorry, such a beautiful shaped leaf it push out. I have never seen anything like that but the pattern of the spots could be fungal or bacterial infection. I would remove that leaf and any others to prevent spread.

reminds me more of fungal bc the whole leaf would be yellow if it was overwatered.. just trim this leaf away and ensure no pests are in the soil or on the plant. give it a good wash over in a bucket w lukewarm water , not hot, and a very small amount of peppermint castille soap. this helps bacteria, pests, and fungal infections. you can also add a very small amount of hydrogen peroxide to thewater when watering to help remove as well during watering. but only a very small amount. make sure no other plants are affected near this plant too and keep separated if possible for a week.

Yellow ring is usually fungal. But also, is that a pole in the pot? As Alocasia are not climber, you are risking introducing rot in your soil/substrate for no added benefit. If it is for support, you can get a plastic coated garden stake.

For fungal, cutting the affected leaf/leaves is the way to go. Increasing the airflow while keeping the humidity is important. Lastly, if you are misting, stop doing this as this causes fungal issues. While alocasias love humidity, they do not like water on their leaves.
