I need URGENT HELP I moved on Friday and ever since I moved all my plant’s leaves have been dying off, his roots are brown and lifts out the pot very easily (he didn’t before) is this stress or something more intense? (Picture below) do I need to repot? He has new leaves growing so I’m confused

Are the roots mushy and kinda crumble at the touch? If so, it’s most likely repot. Report back if it is and I’ll walk you through how to treat it.

it’s definitely rot. soak all the soil out of that root ball and remove anything black/mushy/smelly. most that’s dead will fall away when you rinse. dunk what’s left in a hydrogen peroxide solution. repot into something with more perlite at least, and I rec a terra cotta pot to aid in the soil drying. don’t go any bigger with your pot size, smaller even if you can then cross your fingers and wait!
