What should do to keep this plant alive? I am new to indoors plants. I have a water cone with a wine bottle that I maintain every week to make sure that I get enough water but I think I overwatered. I also think it might be a light issue as where I put it might be a problem
Definitely overwatering. Get rid of globe those are good really only if your traveling for awhile until you can get back to water your plants. Do not water the plant anymore until the soil is completely try. Those plants like moist soil true but not soaking wet. Cut off all the leaves damaged so the plant can get oxygen back flowing to the other parts of the plant. You should take a chopstick or something to air rate the soil so it can go ahead and try out. Also I would consider using a self watering pot instead for this plant and let the plant pull water from the tray when it wants it.
0개 좋아요 Also you need to make sure the pot has good drainage you use if you chose not to switch plant to the self watering method.. also make sure it’s no pest moving on the front and back of leaves, these plants need a lot of humidity so I would suggest a humidifier, or pebble tray or make sure you mist it, but after you get the watering under control before you mist it
