Does anyone know what these little things are growing out of my plant? I haven’t noticed them before. Thanks!

Roots maybe?? Not sure

좋아요 1개Yes roots definitely. And yes you can start a new plant at the point where the roofs come out. It's nice if you can lay them down into the soil still attached to the parent plant but that is not entirely necessary.

I water until water runs out of the bottom of the pot and then I let it drain for a few minutes before I put it back. Then I don't water it again for another month. Jade is not demanding as far as fertilizer or anything else for that matter but occasionally a little fertilizer is helpful. Not in January but in the spring when the growing season starts.
