Some dawn soap and water about 1:4 ratio in a spray bottle and spray the leaves. Or use neem oil I’ve heard

Gnats are an overwatering issue. The only thing I have done that works is repot the plant with uninfected soil (if it’s crazy infested), use Bonide systemic at the next watering and add sticky traps. I’ve heard there are little bug lights that plug into your outlets that work fantastically well. Of course, that doesn’t address the root of the problem, but will help cut down on the annoyance in your house. I haven’t had much of a problem since I started following Planta care advice, so I haven’t invested in those yet. Good luck, those little gnats can make a person crazy!
