I had a huge amazing (counter to ceiling height) money tree - still have it but recently cut it down some. It had been very very healthy for nearly two years and then it begin to get leaves turning yellow like your pic & eventually they’d fall off. That has continued - all the while it continued to grow like crazy. The original plant continues to grow and thrive. I’m hoping and praying the bad period has ended but never figured out why it was happening.

What soil is it in? Watering? Fertilizer?

Soil blend with good soil mix with orchid bark & perlite
