    centipede probably?? Looks like one. Probably not anything beneficial (or benificial, depends on the bug). Most beneficial bugs are fast (except for springtails), and harmful pests are usually slow when they walk.

    It could be an immature millipede but both millipedes and centipedes are beneficial insects. I don't know about when they're in their larval form.

    Millipedes are not harmful. They are just annoying to have them pop up inside your house from the soil from the potted plants.
