can anyone help me identify what these brown round things are? I can’t tell if they are bugs or what and they are only appearing on certain limbs of my tradescantia and a few leaves are browning. Any help would be appreciated!

    It looks like scale. You should isolate the plant. To kill the scale bugs individually you can dab them with rubbing alcohol, and afterward I would spray it with a rubbing alcohol spray or neem oil.

      Is there a way to know then are dead? Do they fall off or?

    Agreed the brown bumps are scale. I also see some fine white … webbing? Can’t tell if it’s webbing or fine hairs off the plants stem.
