Crazy Cat Lady ND

Hello, I was at my mom’s today and she asked me to scan and see what her plant is. App says parlor palm but I also noticed browning on the leaves. She recently moved it out of her sunroom because it was struggling. Any ideas and suggestions to heal it?

      Thank you! I’ll tell my mom. I had also noticed when I used her master bathroom that her Jade had roots growing out of the stems 😂
