Hello new to plants in general. Just came across this majestic palm and had to buy it and see if it could be brought back to full health. I just repotted into a slightly larger pot and watered it completely till some water seeped from the bottom. Is there anything else that should be done in order to get it to full health?
check it for bugs. that looks like spider mite damage. palms are notorious for getting spider mites.

Full sun and don’t let it dry out too much and cut away any yellow or brown fronds. So it can focus all its energy on the thriving ones. I have two of these that I bought from Lowe’s and both are doing well. Still in their same pots and outside in full sun. I do need to repot them, but just haven’t done that yet.

0 likesHi! I am struggling with one now, when you say cut away the yellow/brown fronds, do you mean the whole frond? Sorry if that’s a dumb question 😂
Update: I ended up cutting the whole fronds, eliminating the gnats, and watering less (now every 5 days). Once the nursery fronds browned and were removed, the rest have been happy. They will brown and need to be removed, but I have new shoots continually to replace them. :)
