My monstera has had no new growth after repotting it more than 8 months ago, and new leaves seem to dry out before growing. Is the pot too big? The bottom few inches of soil take weeks to dry after watering, and I’ve seen the occasional fungus gnat around it. It’s in indoor potting mix with perlite added.

You may need a chunkier mix, if its taking that long to dry out.
