I caught two tiny bugs ~0.7mm from my 2 inch calathea what are those? Spider mites? Which kind of it? Should I worry about it?

You can use insecticidal soap or neem oil to kill them. I would spray / wipe your plant down with water to start with and try to remove all of the bugs that you can see. Then use your insecticidal soap spray and apply it all over the plant, making sure to get the bottoms of the leaves as well.
