Did you check for pests? I am not an expert but that pot may be too big for the plant. It should only be a couple of inches bigger than the root ball, at most. Pests and overwatering are the most common issues I have when it comes to plant parenting.

You look very closely at the leaves, underside, everything. If there are webs, bugs, or anything suspicious looking I would investigate further. But I agree with J. Gibson. Pots too big. Which is an easier fix than pests! To repot it, research the kind of soil it likes and use that. One size soil does not fit all.

The pot is way too big. Do you have a better picture that you can share. Spider plants like to be root bound. It also looks like it may be overwatered.
