I was told to put my monstera in a cup of water to help relieve from the current stress it’s under. Please tell me if I’m doing anything wrong! I’m freaking out that my plant might actually die!!! 😭😭😭

    there looks to be a lot of stuff still in the water. remove ALL of the dirt from the roots, then put a few drops of hydrogen peroxide in fresh water. if you do not clean the roots, the chance of rot is incredibly high. hydrogen peroxide prevents mold. change water once every one or two weeks.
