I don’t see webbing so not spider mites. Thrips?

1 likeI would wash this plant off and start watering with an insecticide. You can choose whichever one you like I prefer arbors since it is bio :)
0 likesI water with their fungicide and insecticide with every watering. The leaves suck it up and it does not taste good anymore for buggies

0 likesI’ve been dealing with the same thing and assumed spider mites because I saw one web but haven’t seen any webs since. I’ve been treating often with neem oil but I still see evidence of them sticking around. Definitely looking forward to seeing what works for you!
0 likesI used insecticidal soap waited a day then wipes the leaves with neem oil. Fingers crossed 🤞
