I am new to owning a pitcher plant. Is this a good place to have it hanging? I believe it came with these two have some dying areas. What should I do?

You might want to repost in the carnivorous plant group. They tend to be unusual and specific on care needs
1 likeI got my first one a few months ago. It’s am a newbie with plants. Mine is thriving outdoors in GA watered almost daily with RO water and misted because it is so hot (and humid). My Ernie is growing and thriving. He gets these dying/drying urn caps and sometimes loses an urn. Since he is so happy, i let them dry up on their own. He is hanging from a big red maple with sun and shade facing North. It is so hot and muggy here. They live in bogs, so he will come inside in the colder months. Never fertilize them.
