Why are my leaves falling off? Genuinely so sad my plant used to be so full and now the leaves fall off without force. Planta says too dark and overwatered.

What's the lighting and watering situation like? That also looks like a big pot for that size plant in my opinion. The soil could potentially be holding onto too much moisture for too long. These are in the succulent family and love fast draining soil and to dry out in between waterings.
