Does anyone know what’s wrong with my rubber plant? It just keeps declining. Is it too much sun? The soil is less than damp i don’t water it until the soil is dry.

Hi! How long has this been going on? Where does it live?
0 likesBased on these photos it looks like it lives outside which is too much light. It should have ~6 hours of bright indirect light. Do you have an east facing window? Or you could put it a few feet back from a southern window
0 likesI got it in late august and it was in a north facing window. It was fine until like 3 months later and it started browning on the edges so I put it in an east facing window with good sunlight and it’s just been getting worse.
0 likesIts lives inside at night but during the day I put it outside for light. So too much light makes sense 😣.
0 likesThe spots are indicating an issue with watering. The soil should be kept moist, but never sitting wet of course and it shouldn’t be allowed to dry out completely. It’s frustrating when “watering” is the answer because is it too much or too little
0 likesohhhh this is it then! the inconsistency! keep her inside
