Can someone tell me why my mother-in-law‘s tongue or snake plant leafs are curling in and look shrivelled ? I follow the schedule on this app

    It looks under watered. They get wavy wrinkled leaves, dry edges and dry cracks when dehydrated. The leaves will bend if they get too dry. Plus, you have to water when you get signs mentioned above and the soil has dried. Planta’s watering notifications are a reminder. Every plant and its environment is different. Soil composition is different. Watering style is different. So the app is not 100 percent accurate for all plants. I recommend watering it. I would reduce the pot size so the plants are snug in the smaller pot with about an inch diameter of growing room. Snake plants like a snug pot. 🪴🍀

    this plant spent too long in the dark imo. The leaves are thin and curling because they cant feed themselves right and are anemic. More light and a gentle succulent fertilizer should help. The current growth won’t get better but new growth should be thicker

    It may be that when you water you’re not watering enough! You gotta soak them babies then let the soil dry out in between!!
