I need help on what to do for my plant? It's leave died and I wate it once a week? It's a stone crop and Its by my lamp all the time

    I agree with Christina, it’s probably overwatered. Once a week is too often. And incorrect soil will contribute to overwatering. It should be fast draining soil. It looks like it is a Sedum Adolphi. The light must be bright enough because it is showing the desired sun stress colors.

    Definitely overwatered. I water mine once a month! (Both plants in pic are on the same schedule)
