   You have scale. I can see at least one in the circle, possibly two, but the rest are “bite marks.” By no means am I an expert on it. I’ve been battling it off and on with one of my orchids. You have to quarantine it for bare minimum 60 days, and even then I had it come back on my orchid long after the quarantine had ended and there were none in sight for months. Check any other plants in the area around if you have it near others. For my orchid, I had to hold a Q-tip dipped in isopropyl alcohol on their back until they let go. It doesn’t take long, but I had to inspect every bloom and both sides of the leaves. Not sure if the treatment is different for a Chrysanthemum, but I wish you luck in treating it.
