My red wave petunias was doing beautifully and within one week it has shriveled up, wilted and is dying. I have been spraying it with hydrogen peroxide solution and watering regularly. Suggestions?

why are you spraying it with peroxide?

Because it was sticky and I thought it had a fungus. I dilute the hydrogen peroxide and it was doing well until last week

I would stop doing that — it’s not great for the leaves — especially delicate flowers like petunia. It’s a good treatment for root rot and fungus gnat larvae in the soil but unless you’ve got visible fungus I wouldn’t spray the leaves — even then I’d opt for a sprinkle of cinnamon or neem oil if you are spraying leaves it’s important to only do so in the early morning or the evenings, otherwise the wet leaves will burn in the sun

Thank you so much. Will do. How do you apply cinnamon. In water or sprinkled?

just sprinkle it on — it’ll end up watered in eventually i suppose
