I live in Texas and have a Morning Glory that is no longer blooming. She looks healthy and is growing. Any thought as to why it is not blooming?

possibly over-fertilizing? when soil is too nutrient rich the plant starts having to put out foliage to use all of it so it doesn't burn the roots
