My Thai Monstera leaf has is browning. The spread seems to be slowing down but definitely still expanding. I also have a few roots that are pushing out of the soil upwards. The plant is overall very healthy and is expecting a new leaf to open up any day now. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should do to keep this plant healthy?

This often happens with highly variegated plants. A silica supplement may help prevent it but will not fix current browning.

That may be an Ariel root growing from soil.
