Is it possible to save these, or are they gone? All three are droopy.

If there’s green, there’s hope… rinse them off see if the roots are completely black mushy. If so, you’ll need to cut all that off until there’s no more black… more than likely you’ll need to chop and prop these… it happens. Cut the black off and put them under a grow light to callus up for a day or two then you can put them in a cup of water under the grow light and keep an eye on them… change the water every 3-4 days initially then weekly is ok once you see they’re doing alright. Second option w succulents that I sometimes use is instead of water propping, I’ll get some succulent soil with added perlite/bark/jacks gritty mix and put the callused up prop in that… wait about a week or two then water… water every couple weeks after and keep under a growlight… soon you’ll have fresh roots.

좋아요 1개Most welcome!! Good luck with the babies! They are more resilient than we give them credit sometimes and I think there’s a beautiful life lesson there - it’s why I love plants so much 🥰❤️ always learning something unexpected from them.
2개 좋아요I recommend the second option. I’ve never had luck with water propping succulents
