Hey there, I was wondering if anyone could help me understand what’s going on with my dwarf Meyer lemon tree. I recently purchased it a few weeks ago, and the plant was noticeably more yellow than it is in this photo. I was wondering if anyone has tips to completely get rid of the yellow as well as when will the green baby lemon bubs on the tree start growing.
Green fruitlets should start growing after the spring flowers are pollinated. Yellowing of the leaves is typically caused by overwatering, poor drainage or nutrient deficiency.
좋아요 1개 I just got a citrus fertilizer to deal with the nutrient deficiency. Since I’ve had the tree in transplanted it into this pot, it has begun to regain its green color. How does one check to see if I have poor drainage?
0개 좋아요 If a pot has no drainage holes in the bottom then it cannot drain effectively. When you water it, you should see water coming out from the bottom of the pot. This means it has good drainage.
