    It could be getting too much water and/or drying too slowly. Mine is in similar moss. I let the moss dry completely before I water. I cut openings along the side to let it dry faster since it arrived with no drain holes last fall. It put out one new leaf and is working on a second leaf. I will repot in about a month.

    Yes that one is my new leaf. Thank you I will try letting it dry out.

      I water about every 2 weeks. I’m trying to water more often. It started the newest leaf after that. I don’t wait too long after it’s completely dry to water. It’s in a taller container than yours. Yours might dry out faster depending on your environment.

    I rely heavily on a water meter to tell me how wet the inner part of the soil is. It really helps me know if the plant is just not drying out so I know the roots could be in trouble before something goes really wrong.
