  1. Panda and plant love

It looks like the soil u have it in might be it or you need to give it a little less light and more water

  2. Sunny

It looks like a watering issue, too much or too little. Itโ€™s hard to tell from the photo. Overwatering will make the seedling turn mushy and limp from rot. Excess soil dries too slowly adding to the rot. Under watering dehydrates it. I suggest using a small seed starter pot with a clear covering to keep the humidity higher. Seedlings do better in bright indirect light with warmer temperatures. You might try a thermal mat under the seed pots to stimulate the roots. ๐Ÿชด๐Ÿ€

  3. Waspinator

Looks like a combination of root rot (likely caused by too much extra soil) and dehydration. Pour a little bit of hydrogen peroxide in near the roots, let it sit for a few minutes, then water it. Be careful about how often you water because the sides and bottom will stay much wetter than near the seedling (normally I'd suggest a pot downsize but this one's so young that a move might be hard on its roots)
